Buyer Registration
All buyers must pre-register online and provide a Letter of Funds prior to bidding approval.
Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, June 5, 2026 — no exceptions.

How to Enter the Auction:
- Log in to the website and click “Enter Auction.”
- You will be taken to the sale introduction page. On the right-hand side, click “Enter Auction” again.
- Scroll to any lot and click “Request Approval.”
- If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Once Terms and Conditions are approved, you will be actively in the auction.
Very Important:
Please click “View Livestream” to hear and see the auctioneer. If you cannot hear audio, refresh your browser and ensure the volume on your device is turned up.
** Please remember it is the buyer’s responsibility to be familiar with and comply with their state’s health requirements for any animals purchased.
After the sale concludes, you will receive an email with your invoice and wiring instructions. All invoices must be paid in full by Monday, June 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT. Buyers may not load out animals until payment is fully satisfied - no exceptions.
All animals must be picked up on or before Friday June 12, 2026. Load-out times are from 8:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. Please note that all animals must be paid in full prior to load-out.
Trucking is available if you need assistance hauling your animals. We have several haulers available with stock trailers and semi-trailers. For more information, please contact Ernie at 307-214-2981.
